Terms of Service

Please read these before you start your inquiry.
In proceeding with commissioning me, you consciously acknowledge and accept these terms.
If you violate my T.O.S., I will handle it on a case-by-case basis, but as a given, I will blacklist you from my services.• You may contact me via my socials to request a quote.
• I accept only online forms of payment (Cashapp, Paypal, and Zelle in order of preference) even if I know you in person.
• I start working after I receive your payment.
• I will provide progress shots of every stage of the drawing (lineart, colors, etc) unless you have expressly stated you prefer otherwise.
• You may request tweaks and changes in the sketching state of your work. Any major changes that require me to significantly alter already made art you have previously agreed with will incur extra fees.
• You are free to use my art for personal uses (ex. profile pictures, banners, displays on your website).
• You may not profit off of my personal work (ex. reproducing it via prints or other merchandise). If you would like art for commercial use, please let me know beforehand so we can discuss this.
• You absolutely may not use my art to feed generative AI or for NFTs.
• You may not use my art for hateful or bigoted purposes.
• Please don't back out of commissions after we've discussed and you've paid (unless there is an emergency etc). It's not fair to me or my time. If it must happen, I will issue a full refund only if I have not started at all. Partial refunds will be issued if I have made progress on the commission.
• Being a legal adult, I am comfortable drawing suggestive art (but not blatant nsfw/nudity). If you would a piece of this nature, please provide me your ID (with information blurred out except for your D.O.B.) so I can confirm you are an adult purchasing my services. I will not draw suggestive art for minors.
